Camps and Clinics are offered during school breaks in the Winter, Spring, and Summer for youth Members only. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE A VALID HKBC YOUTH or HOUSEHOLD MEMBERSHIP AND LOGIN PRIOR TO SIGNING UP BEFORE REGISTERING FOR A CAMP, CLINIC, or CLASS. Apply for a Membership HERE. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or expert our instructors will help you get the skills to be the best sailor you can be. The minimum registration is one session. Students should be between the ages of 8 to 17. Lunch is included. A minimum of 6 registered students are required to provide each class. All sessions are first come first serve basis and payment in full is necessary to reserve a spot in the class. No refunds for any missed classes. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing prior to the 1st instructional class of the session for a 50% refund of the program fee. No refunds will be given after the 1st class of the session. |

Hawaii Kai Boat Club located on the marina between Queens Medical Center and Tex808 in Hawaii Kai Shopping Center at 377 Keahole Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96825. TIMEMorning start time: 9:00AM WHAT TO WEARHKBC sailing includes swimming. Swimsuits, lifejacket, sunscreen, and a water bottle are essential. A hat, sunglasses, rashguard, and towel are recommended. Many sailors also wear helmets, leggings and booties for added protection. | ValuablesSecurity for bags and belongings will not be provided. LIFE JACKETSCoast Guard Certified Type III PDF Life jackets are required by law for all sailors. Life jackets must be worn while on boats and docks at all times. They must be properly sized and it is recommended to label personal items. IllnessInform the Sailing Director if your sailor will not be attending class. DISMISSALAll boat club equipment be stowed at the end of each day. All students must stay until the equipment is broken down and stored properly. If a student needs to leave before the regular finish time, please inform the Sailing Director when the student must be dismissed. This will help ensure the student is back at the dock and ready to leave on time. |
